Your profile may already be in our directory, sourced from public certification databases. Claiming your profile lets you update contact details, add your certifications, specify your service area, and manage how quote requests are delivered to you. It's free for standard listings.

How do I claim my inspector listing?

If your business appears in the directory and you want to update your information, add certifications, upload photos, or manage how leads reach you, you can claim your profile through the Inspector Portal. You will be asked to verify ownership by confirming a detail on your existing listing. Once verified, you can edit your profile directly. You can also email [email protected] for manual assistance.

How do I report an inaccurate listing?

If you notice incorrect information — wrong address, outdated phone number, incorrect certification status, or a business that is permanently closed — please email [email protected] with the inspector's name, the incorrect information, and (if possible) a source for the correct data. We review all data correction requests and typically resolve them within 3–5 business days.

How do I remove my listing?

If you are a licensed home inspector and want your profile removed from the directory, email [email protected] with your full name, business name, and the URL of your listing. We process removal requests within 5–7 business days. Note that your information may reappear if it is re-sourced from public licensing databases; include a request for permanent suppression if you want to prevent this.

I'm a home buyer — how do leads work?

When you find an inspector you want to contact, you can submit a quote request directly from their profile. That request is sent to the inspector you selected — not broadcast to multiple inspectors. inspectorwatch.com is not a party to your agreement with the inspector; we simply connect you.
